These Terms of Service apply to your use of brandvaultpromos.com and any purchases from BrandVault Promotions Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

BrandVault Promotions Inc is a Wyoming-registered LLC, trading as "BrandVault Promotions." Registered address: 4620 Grandview Ave Suite 212, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the payment method is yours and the information you provide is accurate.

3. Pricing & payment

Payments are securely processed by our payment partners — we don't store full card numbers.
Your statement will show "BrandVault Promotions."
If an item is clearly mispriced, we may cancel and refund your order.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. See Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Road & lighting laws

Traffic, lighting and reflective-equipment laws vary by country, state and city. It is your responsibility to use our products in a way that complies with the laws that apply where you ride. We are not liable for any fine, penalty or consequence arising from non-compliant use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The BrandVault Promotions name, logo, site content, and product images are owned by BrandVault Promotions Inc. — they may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BrandVault Promotions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate BrandVault Promotions for any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or unsafe/unlawful use of our products.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date below.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rights in your country apply.
